Display access right
Utilize the front camera of the tablet to scan visitors’ QR codes. Once scanned, their access rights will be displayed, allowing you to make an informed decision on whether to grant them access or not.
Unlock doors
Facility users can independently open the door to their reserved venues by presenting their QR code to the tablet scanner at the entrance. Once it is scanned and verified, the door will be unlocked.
Show basic visitor information
After scanning visitors’ QR codes for identity verification, you can choose the details to be displayed on the tablet, such as the visitor’s name, purpose of visit, and permitted visit date(s).

Show the details of the current booking
To prevent inappropriate occupancy, the tablet will display essential information for each booking, including the status (e.g., confirmed, pending, or canceled), date, and duration. This ensures that the facility’s availability and utilization are properly monitored and managed.

Displaying the room schedule on the tablet allows you to optimize the utilization of your facilities and make informed decisions regarding future bookings. It ensures a smooth and well-organized operation of your facility management system.
